This villa offers the convenience of being downtown, but is still in a very private area (with private garage). ROS is located just a few minutes from shopping, bakeries, restaurants, beach, nautical activities, nightlife, etc.

The living room, well-equipped kitchen and dining room share the same room and open onto the terrace, pool and splendid view. Located in each side of the living room, the two air-conditioned King size bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms open onto the terrace and pool. Both are spacious and decorated in a contemporary style with modern amenities.

The terrace and pool invite you to relax while admiring the beautiful sunset. This villa is perfect for couples, families and friends that are seeking privacy.

Terrace

A table and 4 chairs Maiori type, 4 lounge chairs and 2 small tables. Gas BBQ on the back interior patio. View over Gustavia harbor, St Maarten, and the sunset.

Kitchen

Blender, Dishwasher, Espresso Machine, Freezer, Gas Stove, Icemaker, Microwave, Oven, Refrigerator, Toaster Well-equipped kitchen. Shares the room with the living room and dining room.

Dining Room

Air Conditioning, Ceiling Fan Dark wooden table for 8-12 guests. Shares the room with the living room and kitchen. With the new renovation made on the terrace roof, it is now possible to place the interior table on the terrace ( 12 people).

Living Room

DVD Player, Flat Screen TV, iPod Docking Station, Satellite TV, Surround Sound Comfortable grey angle sofa. Shares the room with the dining room and kitchen. Opens onto the terrace, pool, and view.

Study

De plus les travaux raliss sur la toiture de la terrasse permettent, si besoin, de mettre la table intrieur sur la terrasse (pour douze personnes).

Bedroom 1

1 King Bed, Air Conditioning, Ceiling Fan, Dressing Area, DVD Player, Ensuite Bath, Flat Screen TV, Safe Connects to the living room. Off-white and chocolate tones. Contemporary style. Opens to the terrace, pool, and view.

1 King Bed, Air Conditioning, Ceiling Fan, Dressing Area, DVD Player, Flat Screen TV, Safe Connects to the living room. Off-white tones. Ensuite bath with separate toilet. Opens to the terrace, pool, and view.

Staff

  • Meet and Greet at the airport or dock upon arrival.
  • Daily housekeeping except on Sundays and Public Holidays (sheets, bath and beach towels provided).
  • Concierge and Maintenance services.
