The villa “Vina” is situated on Vitet hillside, near Lorient. This modern and contemporary villa is in an exceptional condition, and is perfectly well maintained. Once the heavy teak gate is closed behind you, you enter into a very private property surrounded with walls and with vegetable hedges. The villa extends over 3100 m ² of ground with several buildings, all are connected by decks. The villa offers a total of five bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The living room looks on one side onto a deck and a heated pool which overlooks the ocean view. On the garden side, the living area is open onto a large deck with outside dining, living and b.b.q areas. A gym with an office, a laundry and utilities rooms complete this magnificent property.
