This one acre property is perfectly located in the middle of the island, very accessible by a new road and has ample parking for couples traveling with multiple cars. All of the rooms have incredible views of St Jean Bay and all have air conditioning. The main house consists of the master suite and a wonderfully appointed bath with his & her showers and sinks. A large living room and combination dining/media area plus an incredible gourmet kitchen. The 2nd cottage has the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms. These two bedrooms are very private with wonderful modern bathrooms. . The third building is the Honeymoon Cottage, which was the original home on the property. The cottage has its own parking area and its own kitchenette. Perfect for the newlyweds or the chef. There are beautifully appointed gardens surrounding this area and comfortable outdoor furniture that make a peaceful area for private retreats. The gourmet kitchen is ideal for those wanting to play chef for a day or makes a great spot for one of the private chefs on the island to prepare that perfect meal. The covered terraces and decks beyond have many different areas for reading, sunning, and relaxing. The negative edge pool is very large & great for laps, with steps at one end for easy access. The view and the breezes make this a perfect spot for the ideal vacation in any season.
Terrace
Covered terraces around the buildings and the large negative edge pool with many areas for dining, sunning, or relaxing - beautiful furnishings. This villa has two outdoor showers.
Kitchen
Spacious, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a Lacanche French Range, wine cooler, refrigerator and separate ice machine and 2 dishwashers. There are leather bar stools surrounding an antique French porcelain bar which is covered with Vitoria Regia Brazilian Quartzite. Outside you will find a large Weber gas grill.
Dining Room
A Yamaha surround sound system with indoor and outdoor speakers, Ipod dock, CD Player, Blue Ray DVD Player, 42 inch Flat Screen TV with Dish Network programming and wireless internet access for the whole villa can be found in this area. Two dining areas: one will seat eight in the dining/media room, the other will seat ten on the covered terrace outside with the spectacular view
Living Room
Decorated in a black and white motif this area is decorator magazine material. Complete with sofa, chairs, antique chaise lounge and an authentic Eames custom lounge chair not to mention an awesome view of the ocean.
Bedroom 1
AC, Ceiling Fan, In-room Safe Master Suite w/ 4-poster king bed w/ sheer curtains, magnificent pink marble bathroom with his & her showers and sinks and incredible views over St Jean Bay.
Bedroom 2
AC, Ceiling Fan, In-room Safe Lower level bungalow with twin beds (can be pushed together). Large modern bath, lovely gardens & comfortable benches, very private with great views of the bay.
Bedroom 3
AC, Ceiling Fan, DVD Player, Flat Screen TV, In-room Safe Lower level bungalow with bedroom #2. King bed, wonderful modern bathroom, & lovely gardens. Very private with great views of the Bay and the hillside.
Bedroom 4
AC, Ceiling Fan Honeymoon cottage with 4-poster king bed, large dressing room & ensuite bath. Enjoy the privacy & spectacular views (TV/DVD & kitchenette). Separate parking available.
Staff
- Meet and Greet at the airport or dock upon arrival.
- Daily housekeeping except on Sundays and Public Holidays (sheets, bath and beach towels provided).
- Concierge and Maintenance services.
