It is a brand new villa that combines all the ingredients for a successful holiday: breathtaking ocean views, a sunset location and an overhanging pool. The living room is wide open and all the rooms in this villa have an ocean view. The contemporary kitchen is separated from the living room by a high bar. To give the villa more privacy, two bedrooms are located on either side of the villa. Each bedroom has a wonderful ocean view.The pool and the sunny deck are located on the other side of the villa.
