The heart of Carlisle House is the large covered verandah with dining table, a gas grill and outdoor kitchen. French doors usher you into the cool interiors of this substantial villa furnished in tropical rattan and teak. Floors are cool Saltillo tiles, and bathrooms all offer custom tile and glass brick showers.

Just off the verandah are the villa’s well-equipped kitchen, living area and spacious master bedroom which opens to the covered terrace.

Bedroom two, with a queen bed, and three, with two twins, have individual baths ensuite and are accessed from the deck; they can also easily be made adjoining by unlocking the interior door.

The fourth bedroom/bath suite is an air-conditioned queen bedroom on the second level.

The beautiful pool area is reached by steps made from local stone and the vista of ocean views as far as the eye can see continues from the pool deck.

For entertainment and gaming, it's a 5 minute drive from Carlisle House to the Divi Carina Bay Casino. Several restaurants and small grocery stores are a short drive away.

Carlisle House has an apartment located under the house; it is very private with 2 quiet longtime tenants. Its entrance is camouflaged by landscaping and a privacy gate. The tenants have no access to the pool or grounds thus assuring your complete privacy at the villa.
