This newly renovated 2 story Villa takes advantage of its dramatic waterfront location by arranging the great room and kitchen on the top level and opening both to the expansive deck through 2 sets of French doors. This is a perfect setting for morning coffee or sunset cocktails.

With a deck perfect for sunsets, the living room is upstairs; 2 comfortable areas, one for reading and relaxing and one for TV viewing. A separate sitting area, with a small table and chairs, offers a space for reading or playing games.

Each of the 3 bedrooms on the ground level is air conditioned and has a custom bath en suite. Bedroom 3 opens to the pool deck. Hand made ceramic wall sconces, hanging lamps and tropical furnishings add a designer touch to this casual yet elegant Villa.
