The villa's main focus is the courtyard pool terrace with inviting sunny and shaded areas, each with a unique view of the sapphire sea, St. Thomas and Great Cruz Bay.

A trellised walkway separates the west wing, with the main living/dining area above the apartment below, from the two-tiered east bedroom wing.

Designed to be luxuriously private for two, the home can amply provide a vacation retreat for up to ten people with two separate living/kitchen areas. The layout lends itself to use by up to four couples or by two families desiring to vacation together, but with the privacy of each family assured.
