The master villa is comprised of four bedroom suites and the guest villa of two bedroom suites. Both the master and guest villas have their own living and dining room areas and newly renovated kitchens with rich mahogany cabinetry and graphite counter tops.

One of Villa St. John’s mostunique features is that all of the six bedrooms are 650 square foot master suites (the largest on the island), each with their own balconies, offering panoramic views of Chocolate Hole Bay, the Caribbean and a picturesque inlet that accommodates spectacular yachts, a pristine beach and the rhythmic sound of lapping waves of crystal clear water from the Caribbean.

In addition to its Mediterranean-island architecture, Villa St. John is distinguished with whimsical designs by Pat Domina of China Blue Interiors. Its entire interior has recently been renovated with new furnishings, magnificent tile and hardwood flooring, entirely new kitchen, and many new windows and doors which provide panoramic views from every nook and cranny making your stay at Villa St. John an unforgettable island experience.

Enjoy a dip in the warm, clear turquoise sea of the villa’s semi-private, white sand beach or swim in the crystal water of the villa’s swimming pool which has been totaly redone its deck splashed with new, casual outdoor furniture for sunbathing or entertaining. Enjoy the sunset over St. Thomas as you sit in the new large state of the art jacuzzi, have cocktails on the deck of the outdoor dining area, or relax on your room’s private balcony, all of which provide the perfect setting to watch the sun sink below the horizon over the sparkling bay and the blue-green Caribbean, or rise to announce a spectacular new day in paradise at dawn. The stairs leading from the pool and Jacuzzi to the beach have been redone as well the surrounding gazebo areas.

Additional improvements included doubling the size of the main deck off the Great Room and furnishing it with new furniture. Additional parking as well as an automatic gate opener for added security for the guests
