#7 The Harbour is situated in the townhouse development of The Harbour, located in Rodney Bay within easy walking distance of Reduit Beach, the JQ Shopping Mall and the many restaurants, bars and nightclubs of Rodney Bay.
This townhouse has a spacious ground floor which comprises the open plan kitchen, dining, living room and open air patio. The dining room is beautifully appointed with a glass top dining table with seating for 6 and this opens out onto the spacious living room. This room comes equipped with a stereo, cablevision TV and DVD. The room is cooled by central airconditioning and ceiling fans and it opens out through French doors onto an oceanfront patio. The view from the patio is of the Rodney Bay Marina with its beautiful array of luxury yacths and sailboats.There is a well equipped kitchen and laundry room for your convenience and a small powder room.
On the first floor there are two air conditioned bedrooms that both have ensuite bathrooms. Bedroom I has a king bed and Bedroom 2 has two single beds. The Master bedroom, located on the second floor has a king bed and boasts a modern and spacious ensuite bathroom.
The Harbour is situated in fully landscaped gardens, with a swimming pool and three jacuzzis scattered amidst the lush tropical foliage.

Maid service Monday - Friday, 9 am - 1 pm. Please note that our housekeepers are not trained nannies and should not be expected to look after and/or babysit infants and children. If you do make babysitting arrangements with the staff, please be advised this is at your own risk.
St. Lucia Villas
All St. Lucia villa bookings for travel January 1, 2013 and beyond will be subject to a Value Added Tax. Unfortunately, this tax amount is yet to be determined. All bookings confirmed for travel beyond January 1, 2013 will be subject to this tax once the amount is determined by the government.

Please add a 10% surcharge for stays during the Jazz Festival, usually the 1st and 2nd week of May. Please inquire for details.

“We rented this villa for Christmas vacation and would highly recommend it. The place is spotless and very nicely furnished and maintained. The first floor is very spacious and includes a lovely outdoor space overlooking the marina. On the second floor there are 2 very spacious and nicely decorated bedrooms situated in a manner that affords maximum privacy. Another beautiful set of stairs takes you up to the 3rd floor master suite...what a suite it is! I can't say enough of the loveliness and serenity of this villa. The owner is a gracious man who was very helpful in paving the way for the rental and the staff there in St. Lucia could not be more accommodating. They did everything they could to help us enjoy our time there.” Marjorie
