About Admirals Quay, St. Lucia

A condominium development situated on the Rodney Bay Marina. This is a group of 24 units, units #5, 6 and 8 face the Marina. Some of which are built around a large, kidney shaped swimming pool, solely for the use of the condominium residents, and the rest face the broadwalk and the Rodney Bay Marina.

The condominiums are situated with easy walking distance of Reduit Beach, many restaurants and shops. Each unit is fully air conditioned. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and one small single bedroom. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and there is another bathroom. Downstairs is a comfortable sitting/dining room which leads out onto a small patio. There is a well equipped kitchen and laundry room. Sleeps 5.

All St. Lucia villa bookings for travel January 1, 2013 and beyond will be subject to a Value Added Tax. Unfortunately, this tax amount is yet to be determined. All bookings confirmed for travel beyond January 1, 2013 will be subject to this tax once the amount is determined by the government.
