“In a word, everything was outstanding. The gentleman who met us at the airport was super. The villa was magnificent and we already told Maria (their house keeper) to relay to the owner that we loved his place and that if we were good tenants we would love to rent the place again. I've stayed in the Terres Basses neighborhood twice before and love it and this was the best villa yet. My partner and I both work in the investment business and she commented that approach you guys rolled out was top notch - she was really impressed and we've both traveled extensively both for pleasure and business.” Michael M.

“Precious is a wonderful condo..much better than even expected! Porto Cupecoy is the best complex on St. Martin with world class restaurants and an excellent supermarket right outside your door. The pool was wonderful and relaxing. The amenities in the condo made you feel just like home - and then some. The location near nightlife and great beaches make this a fabulous location. The concierge and housekeeping service on the island was also very helpful and responsive for any needs or request. We have already recommended this condo to friends!” Doug & Charen

“We just returned home last evening from a wonderful week at the La Savane Villa in St. Marten. The pictures that are posted on this website were what helped us decide to choose this villa. Upon arriving, we were surprised to find out that it was MUCH nicer than it appeares to be. The place had just been recently renovated and landscaped. It was gorgeous! The view we had was unbelievable! The place had all new furnishings and was very clean. The staff were helpful and pleasant. “Our vacation to St. Martin was wonderful!!! The house was SUPER! (perfect for our family). The entire staff Anne Marie, Pascal, Christian and his son, Sonny as well as Carole were great nothing was too much trouble for them. The house, the grounds and the pool, were all beautifully maintained. I hated to come home. We had gorgeous weather so spent lots of time enjoying the pool and the beach at Long Bay. We had some delicious dinners out, but I think our favorite was New Years Eve at home. We had Fabulous Feasts bring dinner to the house that evening. Thanks so much for telling me about them! All of our family sends an enormous THANK YOU to you!! You did a wonderful job helping us (at the last minute!) find a villa that was just what we had hoped for. We really appreciate all your hard work. We will definitely call you the next time we are planning a trip! ” Carole B.

“We just returned from a 10 night stay at Villa La Sarabande (10-12 to 10-22)...What can we say... it is absolutely fabulous! We have stayed at 3 other villas in the last 5 years and Sarabande is by far the best yet. Every detail from the linens to the decor is exceptional. The view is mesmerizing, the pool and lounge area is over the top. The owners rep Stephanie made sure everything was perfect and checked in every day to see if we needed anything. We have been traveling to St. Martin for the past 20 years and this villa is the best experience we have ever had. For the money and it's layout it's by far the best to be had.
