Ambiance is a 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bathroom villa located hillside in Terres Basses. The villa offers inspiring sunsets, great comfort and immaculate Elegance have combined in this magnificent hill-side villa.

The living room is contemporary, furnished with comfortable furniture, large plasma TV, DVD, satellite, CD/Tape, air conditioning and ceiling fan.

Special Events

This property can be rented for “special event” such as Wedding Party of Cocktail Party . Additional to one week minimum rental, an event fee & a security deposit would be required according to the number of guests . The guests will be responsible to clean the house after the event and the owners will not accept more guests at the villa than what the villa can accommodate during the entire rental period (2 pax per bedroom) beside the event day .

Bedrooms

Each of the four bedrooms has a king size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV DVD and a safe. Each bedroom also has a private bathroom with a shower. Two of the bedrooms are also connected to each other and a third bedroom has a small room attached to it with a single bed.

    We are pleased to offer a complimentary car rental on new villa reservations for any of our St. Martin villas. We will cover the base rental car cost and delivery of the car to your villa upon arrival based upon the following rental conditions: 4 passengers or more - one Toyota Yaris or similar (seats 4). 5 passengers or more - one Suzuki Van or similar.
