Villa Modani has a large well equipped kitchen that opens on to a breakfast bar overlooking the pool area.
All three bedrooms have ocean views and all have adjoining baths.
The ample living and dining area are aurounded by sliding glass doors that open on to a 200ft long covered gallery giving superb panoramic ocean views.
Just a few steps down from the gallery is a large very private pool and deck area perfect for sunbathing.
