Each room offers breathtaking views of the lagoon and Caribbean Sea. Standard features include luxury Italian porcelain floors, marble bathroom countertops, granite kitchen countertops, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, air-conditioning in all rooms, high speed internet access, satellite TV. A private dock is at the guests’ disposal to enjoy the island’s many maritime activities. A private water taxi service is available upon request for AquaMarina’s residents (Monday to Saturday between 9:00 am & 4:00 pm) at an additional cost . Located only a 10-minute walk to Maho where you will find a multitude of restaurants, duty-free shopping, the island’s largest casino, a theater-style showroom, nightclubs … Only five minutes drive to the international airport, Mullet Bay Beach, and Mullet Bay Golf Course .Can be rented as a 3 or 4 bedrooms villa .

Bedrooms

All the air conditioned bedrooms have TV, DVD & their own bathroom with shower. Three of the bedrooms feature king size bed when the fourth bedroom has twin beds. Three of the bedrooms connect to the living area (1 bedroom on the main level - 2 bedrooms on the lower level). Can be rented as a 3 or 4 bedroom villa.

    We are pleased to offer a complimentary car rental on new villa reservations for any of our St. Martin villas. We will cover the base rental car cost and delivery of the car to your villa upon arrival based upon the following rental conditions: 4 passengers or more - one Toyota Yaris or similar (seats 4). 5 passengers or more - one Suzuki Van or similar.
