On Bella Vida's north side, enjoy the calm, breathtaking views of the British Virgin Islands, St. John and surrounding green islets and cays. Bella Vida guests enjoy near-360-degree views of the beautiful Caribbean and Atlantic. This central and very conveniently-located home, just remodeled, is secluded within lovely manicured gardens and is extremely well appointed and designer-furnished with cushioned wicker, elegant fabrics and accessories, and accented with native bluebit stonework. Bold and vivid paint borders accentuate a bountiful display of beautiful original island art throughout.
Three spacious air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuite baths on two levels, connected by an interior staircase, are well situated for maximum privacy for guests.
Bella Vida's Great Room comprises two elegant living areas, a dining area, kitchen, a nook with a home office and the lanai. The Great Room and lanai separate the two air-conditioned bedroom suites on the main level. On one side is a large bedroom suite furnished with two queen beds, and on the opposite side is a king bedroom/bath suite. This home's second story is accessed by a sturdy spiral staircase and contains the very-private second air-conditioned king bedroom suite, boasting views of both the British Virgin Islands to the north and Charlotte Amalie harbor to the south, and a spacious bath.
This gracious villa offers peace and tranquil seclusion behind an electronic gate in an exclusive area conveniently located near town, duty-free shopping, restaurants and beaches (Magens Bay is just minutes away). Just perfect for three couples or a family, you may dine alfresco in the cool lighted gazebo by the pool and watch the harbor's pageantry below, improve your tan on the stone sun deck, or relax inside in one of the inviting living areas. Bella Vida's coveted double view of Charlotte Amalie, the harbor and the island's long-distance north side and down-island sea views will refresh your spirit. Watch the gaily-lighted cruise ships come and go from high on the hill, enjoy cooling breezes, and toast stunning sunsets during cocktail hour at this first-class residence.
