A spacious four-bedroom home, High View is conveniently built all on one level with a pleasing floor plan. The Great Room is surrounded on two sides by glass sliders opening to the pool and sun deck, and shares space with the large kitchen and breakfast bar, a nook with a DSL hookup for your laptop + Wi-Fi for your laptop, and a dining room. Located on one side of the Great Room is a powder room, the king master suite and a two-twin bedroom and bath, perfect for parents who wish to be near their children. On the other side is another king bedroom/bath suite which opens directly to the pool deck.

A separate pavilion, accessed via the pool deck outside, offers the fourth bedroom, a private king suite. All four of High View's bedrooms are air-conditioned and have cable TV with a DVD and VCR. Just outside the Great Room on the pool deck is a covered pavilion set with a dining table and chairs for alfresco dining, and a gas grill.
