This elegant Turks and Caicos vacation rental is located in a prime residential area overlooking the tranquil turquoise waters of Chalk Sound. Bright Idea is set on 1.8 acres of tropical landscaping and includes a fabulous two level, two bedroom main villa coupled with two private and fully equipped one bedroom guest cottages. This Caribbean paradise blends beautifully and naturally with the surrounding tropical flora, white sand beach, and native island beauty that permeates everything about the Turks and Caicos Islands.

In the main Providenciales villa, enjoy the gourmet kitchen and dining area, coupled with a living room to laze, relax, read or enjoy a movie. There is a powder room on the main floor for your convenience. The two bedrooms, both with ensuite bath, are on the second floor. Four Bedrooms: three with King size beds and one with two twins.

Both the main villa and guest cottages are equipped with Cable TV, air-conditioning (which is included in the price of rental) and ceiling fans. There is also high speed wireless internet for those who want to stay in touch

The infinity-edge pool is sunk into the sundeck in front of main house and between the two cottages. The sundeck is perfect for catching the cooling trade wind breezes while tanning on lounge chairs or dining al fresco.

Bright Idea overlooks the stunning azure blue waters of Chalk Sound on the Island of Providenciales, whose myriad small cays offer not only great views, but fascinating Turks and Caicos snorkeling and kayaking. Each cottage allows privacy for couples, teens, or visiting guests. Each is equipped with two extra long twins that can remain as is or convert to king size beds as per your request. Each cottage also has a living room, dining/kitchenette facility, bathroom/shower and terrace, and is equipped with Cable TV, air-conditioning (which is included in the price!) and ceiling fans.

Across the street from your Turks and Caicos villa hideaway, a few minute's walk away, the outstanding and famed Taylor Bay Beach, with its incredible white sand is a treasure that cannot be missed. This beach is ideal for children as it slopes very gradually and there is almost never any surf.
