The Main House has 3 bedrooms with over 4,600 sq ft. The Main House offers a deck with pool, gym, guest room and Butlers Quarters. The Guest house has 3 bedrooms with over 2,665 sq ft. The total are for both houses combined is 9.445 sq ft. The Suite's décor was created by Cheong Yew Kuan, the Malaysian architect who also constructed the award-winning COMO Shambhala Estate at Begawan Giri in Bali & Sanctuary. Indoor-outdoor using warm teak and cool white-marble interiors reflect the effortless Hamptons-style of Parrot Cay. Outside, a sprawling sundeck hemmed by lush greenery creates a natural cocoon. Hallmark of the style are natural teak woods, Interiors feature comfortable sofas, king-size beds and beach furnishings. The dominant color is a refreshing white with interior pieces that came from Bali.

Tamarind offers 5 bedrooms, 3 have four poster king size beds and 2 of the bedrooms offer twin beds. There are 2 kitchens all with the following amenities: stove, microwave, Oven, Toaster, espresso machine, wine cooler, dishwasher, and an ice machine. The 2 living/dining areas have two and three person sofas, dining table for 12, media rooms with 52” flat screen HD TV,with DVD & games, fax machine, telephone, WIFI and iPod docking stations connected to speaker in the house and by pool deck area. There are 5 Bathrooms all with bath tub & outdoor shower, make up mirrors, hairdryers, bathrobes, flip flops & COMO Shambhala bathroom amenities

    Parrot Cay is the perfect place for families to reconnect by spending quality time together. Our activity program will ensure families get the most out of the Parrot Cay experience. Activities range from shell painting, kite making, tie-dying, to more active pursuits, such as sailing and kayaking. Children 12 years old and under eat free from the children's menu for travel anytime from May 15-October 31, 2012. Promotion valid for new bookings made as of February 23, 2012.

    The Kids Eat Free promotion will be available in a designated restaurant, which will rotate on a nightly basis.

    We are pleased to offer the following added benefits when booking a private Residence at Parrot Cay: With the option of dining in the resort’s two restaurants for all meals, or in the privacy of your Villa (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner from Room Service menu), Dedicated Butler service, Housekeeping, Full Team of Parrot Cay Estate Support Staff, Full Resort privileges, including preferential restaurant and spa reservations. Rates start as low as $4500 per night. Special is good for travel through December 21, 2012 and is for new bookings only as of February 27, 2012.

    Rates are per villa, per night and are exclusive of tax and service (21%). Additional guests (12 and over) are charged at $180 per person, per day (exclusive of tax & service).
