About The Residence at Parrot Cay, Turks and Caicos
The Residence is a complex of three villas (you can rent each separately). It includes a five bedroom main house comprising of a master suite on the home’s second floor and two guest suites (king beds, suitable for children or a nanny, with attached showers) plus two detached king-bedded guest villas. In addition, there are two three-bedroom villas on either side of the main property.
Owned by one of our most valued guests, The Residence is for people who seek extreme comfort and a private stretch of sand that’s both empty and secure. The 60ft by 40ft infinity pool is stunningly dramatic. The central villa (master bedroom with private steam) has views towards the island’s wetlands and ocean beyond as well as the gentle waters that lap so close you can hear them against the sand. The two other villas have pools and screened porches to maximize views. There is an indoor and outdoor dining area for eight. The fully equipped kitchen has a toaster, espresso machine, oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher and a full size refrigerator. The Living/Dining Area offers two and three-person sofas and a reading area, dining table for 12, media room with plasma television with DVD player, fax machine, direct dial telephone, and WiFi Internet access.

Stay in any of Parrot Cay's accommodations for seven nights and only pay for for five nights; or you can double it by stayinig 14 nights and only pay for 10 nights. In addition, when your time is limited, you can stay four nights for just the price of 3! Promotion is available for new bookings as of February 23, 2012 for travel anytime between May 15, 2012 - October 31, 2012.

Kids Eat Free!
Parrot Cay is the perfect place for families to reconnect by spending quality time together. Our activity program will ensure families get the most out of the Parrot Cay experience. Activities range from shell painting, kite making, tie-dying, to more active pursuits, such as sailing and kayaking. Children 12 years old and under eat free from the children's menu for travel anytime from May 15-October 31, 2012. Promotion valid for new bookings made as of February 23, 2012.
The Kids Eat Free promotion will be available in a designated restaurant, which will rotate on a nightly basis.

Added Benefits for 2012!
We are pleased to offer the following added benefits when booking a private Residence at Parrot Cay: With the option of dining in the resort’s two restaurants for all meals, or in the privacy of your Villa (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner from Room Service menu), Dedicated Butler service, Housekeeping, Full Team of Parrot Cay Estate Support Staff, Full Resort privileges, including preferential restaurant and spa reservations. Rates start as low as $4500 per night. Special is good for travel through December 21, 2012 and is for new bookings only as of February 27, 2012.
Rates are per villa, per night and are exclusive of tax and service (21%). Additional guests (12 and over) are charged at $180 per person, per day (exclusive of tax & service). Offer is subject to availability and blackout dates for 2012: Christmas & New Year season (21 Dec- 3 Jan) Presidents Day (17-22 Feb) Spring Break and Easter (15 Mar-10 Apr) Thanksgiving (21-26 Nov).
