About The Sanctuary at Parrot Cay, Turks and Caicos
The Sanctuary is a unique beach property on the private island of Parrot Cay, made up of one main house consisting of three bedrooms and two 4-bedroom guesthouse. Each can be rented separately or as one unit, with a total of 11 bedrooms. Nestled beside a swatch of powder-white sand, The Sanctuary has views of both the island’s lush vegetation and turquoise sea. Inside and outside blur with large windows that bring the landscape in.
Each house has a second floor master bedroom/living area with 360 degree water views. There are three en-suite bedrooms, as well as an infinity pool. The fully equipped kitchen offers the following amenities, toaster, espresso machine, dishwasher, large refrigerator, stovetop and a microwave. Each house also has a small galley-style pantry stocked with refreshments The Living/Dining Area offers deep-seated sofas and reading areas, fax machines, direct dial telephones and Wi-Fi internet access, air conditioning and iPod docking stations. There is a screened-in guest pavilion flanked by a main pool and plenty of outside terraces. A further formal dining area inside seats up to 20. Cedar paneled walls, teak furniture, walnut floors and limestone bathrooms are part of the high interior finish. Eclectic pieces reflect the owner's world travels from Bali to Africa, including an enviable introduced through service, provided by Parrot Cay.

Stay in any of Parrot Cay's accommodations for seven nights and only pay for for five nights; or you can double it by stayinig 14 nights and only pay for 10 nights. In addition, when your time is limited, you can stay four nights for just the price of 3! Promotion is available for new bookings as of February 23, 2012 for travel anytime between May 15, 2012 - October 31, 2012.

Kids Eat Free!
Parrot Cay is the perfect place for families to reconnect by spending quality time together. Our activity program will ensure families get the most out of the Parrot Cay experience. Activities range from shell painting, kite making, tie-dying, to more active pursuits, such as sailing and kayaking. Children 12 years old and under eat free from the children's menu for travel anytime from May 15-October 31, 2012. Promotion valid for new bookings made as of February 23, 2012.
The Kids Eat Free promotion will be available in a designated restaurant, which will rotate on a nightly basis.

Added Benefits for 2012!
We are pleased to offer the following added benefits when booking a private Residence at Parrot Cay: With the option of dining in the resort’s two restaurants for all meals, or in the privacy of your Villa (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner from Room Service menu), Dedicated Butler service, Housekeeping, Full Team of Parrot Cay Estate Support Staff, Full Resort privileges, including preferential restaurant and spa reservations. Rates start as low as $4500 per night. Special is good for travel through December 21, 2012 and is for new bookings only as of February 27, 2012.
Rates are per villa, per night and are exclusive of tax and service (21%). Additional guests (12 and over) are charged at $180 per person, per day (exclusive of tax & service). Offer is subject to availability and blackout dates for 2012: Christmas & New Year season (21 Dec- 3 Jan) Presidents Day (17-22 Feb) Spring Break and Easter (15 Mar-10 Apr) Thanksgiving (21-26 Nov).
