A lovely Mediterranean style, 4 bedroom ocean view villa located in the prestigious Ocean Point area on the island of Providenciales in the Turks and Caicos Islands. This villa features beautiful decorating, top quality comfortable furnishings, extensive landscaping, a large infinity pool, hot tub, tiki hut, and swim dock right on the ocean. Stunning views of the ocean and Chalk Sound await you from every window and vantage point within the home.

Listen to the sounds of the tradewinds as they gently rustle the leaves of several species of palm trees nestled within the gorgeous landscaping of the pool and patio areas. Dine "al fresco" in the beautifully appointed veranda that overlooks the pool, and gaze onward to the tranquil turquoise waters of the sea. Enjoy the opportunity to stargaze and view the lights of the sailboats moored in the bay as you relax with a glass of wine in the hot tub. This luxurious oasis includes a waterfall feature from the hot tub into the pool!

The interior of the home offers a large, fully equipped kitchen with plenty of utensils, cookware, stem-and-stoneware, etc. Realizing that much entertaining and socializing occurs in the kitchen, we built it to be large, airy & comfortable.

Each of the four main bedrooms is a "master" bedroom, with king-sized beds on the main level and extra-long twins in the upper that can easily be converted into kings. A large, luxurious bathroom connects with each of these bedrooms, featuring roomy showers and tiled vanities. A gallery on the upper floor is the perfect spot for slipping away to read a book on the rare rainy afternoon, or to enjoy the view from the port-hole like windows of the upper level while chatting with a friend.

A private, peaceful beach is just a short, three minute walk from the villa and there are tennis courts available on a first-come, first-served basis.
