Villa La Percha is a new, luxurious home located in the Ocean Point development on the island of Providenciales. Situated on a promontory between beautiful Taylor Bay and Sapodilla Bay the home experiences turquoise blue ocean vistas from every room. The constant sea breeze provides a perfect environment in which to relax, unwind and enjoy the beauty of this Caribbean villa.
With 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths the villa is ideal for several couples to share, or for a perfect family vacation. Three minutes along a quiet footpath will bring you to Taylor Bay, one of the islands best kept secrets. This soft white sand beach is calm, sheltered and shallow, making it ideal for children or just relaxing with a good book and an amazing view! For those with a little more energy there are also tennis courts available for your pleasure adjacent to the beach.
Local restaurants are first-class whether you’re hungry for fine dining or a beachside snack. And shopping, day spas and golf are all a short drive from our villas.
