This beautiful villa, situated on over 4.4 acres of beachfront plot, not only has direct access to Bay Rouge beach but also enjoys superb views of the coastline of Bay Rouge and the island of Anguilla.

Built on three levels, Joie De Vivre has three spacious bedrooms and three baths, an outside living area giving panoramic views over Bay Rouge and a large swimming pool and gazebo. Tastefully furnished, the villa has an attractive open-plan and fully equipped mahogany kitchen.

The villa is equipped with satellite TV and a stereo sound system throughout. Bedrooms all have king beds, air conditioning, ceiling fans and TV. Joie De Vivre is the perfect villa for a luxurious Caribbean vacation.

Please Note: No children under 18 allowed. Joie De Vivre is not wheelchair accessable, handicapped or elderly suitable as villa is on three levels. Please add 8% tax and $1,000 security deposit to all rates.
