Spyglass Villa

North Sound, Leverick Bay, Virgin Gorda

Spyglass Villa was recently constructed on a small hill commanding a 225 degree view of the islands surrounding the North Sound on Virgin Gorda in the British Virgin Islands. Facing North and East, the villa enjoys the cooling, tropical trade winds twelve months of the year. Spyglass Villa's panoramic terrace is perched fifty feet above Leverick Bay overlooking North Sound, only a one minute walk to a private beach and three minutes to the Leverick Bay Resort.

Spyglass Villa's spectacular pool affords a panoramic view of the entire North Sound including the eight restaurants located within resorts surrounding the Sound, accessible by scheduled ferry boats. Enjoy brunch from comfortable lounge chairs on the pool bar patio overlooking the pool deck and the sailboats cruising North Sound.

The spacious Great Room in Spyglass Villa includes a surround seating area in the Living Room section, with cable TV, CD Stereo, and panoramic views of the Sound. The elegant Dining area within the Great Room includes a glass table with seating for six and affords the same spectacular views. The complete gourmet kitchen is defined by a natural stone wet bar and includes a full refrigerator/freezer with in-door ice and water, gas stove and oven, microwave, coffeemaker and a propane gas grill on the deck.

Spyglass Villa includes two master bedrooms on the main level, each with bathroom en suite. The East bedroom includes a king-sized bed, desk and chair and overlooks the East side of North Sound from its covered patio. The West bedroom, which includes a queen-sized bed, is located off the pool bar and overlooks the pool and North to Anegada from its private covered patio. Each bedroom is air conditioned.

For guests desiring a third bedroom, the Spyglass Villa apartment with its own private entrance is available on the lower level, affording views of North Sound from the living room and private deck. The Spyglass Villa apartment sports an efficiency kitchen with electric stove and oven, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster oven and refrigerator/freezer. The cozy Spyglass Villa apartment king-sized bedroom is bathed by cooling trade winds and ceiling fans and includes its own bathroom en suite.
