This popular north side property provides the drama of endless ocean views from its spectacular cliffside spot. Built on three levels overlooking a rocky cove with whispering surf, Casa Bella is superbly executed with architectural interest and a pleasing floorplan, is fully air-conditioned, and the interiors have just been completely refurbished.

A moongate ushers you into a garden courtyard leading to the handsome exotic-wood entrance door. Casa Bella's main level offers the Great Room done in an inviting island-ethnic theme, with warm cypress ceilings and arches sharing space with the dining area and spacious kitchen; glass sliding doors open to a balcony and alfresco dining patio overlooking Magens Bay and the blue sea. The Great Room is a great gathering spot to watch movies on the 42-inch plasma satellite TV.

The romantic king master suite and walk-in closet adjoins the blue two-twin (or 1 king) bedroom via a connecting door, perfect for smaller children who must be close to parents. Another door leads from the master bath to the kitchen area so it also serves as a convenient powder room.

An L-shaped interior staircase descends to Casa Bella's lower level to a very private king (or two-twin) bedroom/bath suite, done in red and offering its own balcony overlooking the rocky coastline. Adjacent on this level is the fourth bedroom, a second king (or two-twin) master suite with its own sitting room with a private nook with a daybed overlooking the ocean vista, a quiet and private place for a nap or reading.

Casa Bella's interiors are lovely, romantic and relaxing, stylishly enhanced by creative color schemes and accessories. On each level is a scenic balcony; both access a staircase down to the seaside sun deck, pool and cabana. The poolside cabana offers a bar with a mini-fridge and CD player. Breezy tradewinds, surf sounds to relax you, pelicans cruising by, and quiet privacy abound at gracious Casa Bella.
