Caprice

St. James, Barbados

Luxury four bedroom, four bathroom oceanfront home with plunge pool located on the Gold Coast of island, Caprice is a two storey villa recently completely refitted with marble floors and top quality fixtures and furnishings. There is a plunge pool with waterfall and private sun deck as well a more spacious, enclosed sun deck facing the ocean equipped with lounge chairs for relaxing during the day, or star gazing at night.

There is a large indoor sitting room which opens to covered dining verandah and another sitting area, both leading onto the open terrace. Caprice is located on a rocky bluff with reef in front of villa. Steps lead down on the south boundary to a beach where there is good swimming south of Caprice. Spectacular sea views grace both bedrooms upstairs. Master bedroom has a balcony and separate sitting room and other bedroom upstairs has a private balcony.

This gorgeous home was built in 1999-2000 and is one of the most elegant new villas on the West Coast of Barbados. The marble tiled entrance foyer is airy and spacious, allowing immediate breathtaking views of the ocean. There are four bedroom suites and large entertaining areas. Caprice is simply, but tastefully furnished, offering 5,170 sq. ft. of living space.

Please note that the cook at Caprice will prepare and serve two meals per day.
