Harmony

French Lowlands, St. Martin

This newly refurbished, two bedroom, two bath house is located in the prestigious French Lowlands of St. Martin. Set on a large lot, this villa has a generously sized pool deck with a treetop ocean view, which can provide all you need for a lovely, relaxing and private Caribbean vacation.

The kitchen and indoor living area offer an open, airy feeling complete with satellite TV, DVD and stereo with speakers on the pool deck as well. On either side of the indoor living area are the two good size bedrooms that open out onto the pool deck. Each of the bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom, king-sized bed and air-conditioning, making this house a wonderful choice for one or two couples. Because both bedrooms are also interior entry, Harmony is also nice for a small family.

This home has plenty of outdoor, covered living space with comfortable and colorful couches as well as a large dining table on the pool deck for al-fresco meals. There is even an observation deck on the roof of the house, accessible by a staircase, where an almost 360 degree view can be had. For lovely views, romance, comfort and privacy, Harmony is a wonderful choice. There is a caretaker living on the property in a separate cottage.
