Reeds Bay, Barbados

Reeds House is a unique concept in beachfront living in Barbados. Exclusive villas with one or two bedrooms have been designed with the distinctive taste of luxury accommodation. Located on a prime beach with views of the Caribbean from every room, each unit contains a spa pool and air conditioned bedrooms with large bathrooms en suite. This air conditioned condominium is located on the first floor of Reeds House with extensive views of the tropical garden, beach and Caribbean Sea. The partly covered terrace with private spa pool looks out over the beach. It is tastefully appointed with a dining table that seats four, ceiling fan, and a wet bar with bar fridge.

Reeds House 9 is a luxury air conditioned beachfront condominium style accommodation with spectacular sea views. Enjoy the direct access to tropical gardens and the powder white sands of the secluded Reeds Bay beach. Ceiling fans cool the kitchen and living room. The fully equipped kitchen includes a built-in countertop stove, oven, and microwave. A double door fridge with icemaker and water dispenser, blender, juicer, toaster, and kettle complete this gourmet setting. China and glass settings are available for up to four diners.

The master bedroom has a king bed. The en suite master bathroom consists of a separate shower, bidet, and single vanity. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and safe. The second bedroom has a double bed. Amenities include a TV with Direct TV and telephone extension in the bedroom. Furnishings on the terrace with views of spa pool and beach consist of cast iron dining table seating four. The living room has a sofa, two armchairs and coffee table.

A compact laundry closet with clothes washer and dryer is located in the corridor from master bedroom leading to bathroom. Security is on the property 24 hours daily; an entry videophone connected to main entrance of building provides additional privacy. The cook/maid/laundress prepares two meals of guests' choice per day i.e. either breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner. Staff works eight hours per day, six days a week. The nearest hotel is the Royal Pavilion; the nearest towns are Speightstown and Holetown. All major shopping and fine dining are only ten minutes away by car.
