Rainbow Cove

East Side, St. Croix

Rainbow Cove is one of St. Croix’s most striking south shore villas. Perched on a dramatic oceanfront hillside, this elegant and gracious multi-level home has loads of personality.

Step down into the blue and white main house and enter a residence designed and decorated with Mediterranean flair. As you move from room to room, you’ll notice beamed ceilings, paned mahogany French doors, and multiple individual balconies that give special charm to each of the living spaces.

The great room is filled with comfortable seating, a dining area, and even a wet bar to make preparing sunset cocktails a pleasure. Next is a designer dream kitchen with granite counter tops, Viking appliances, and elegant cream cabinetry plus a charming breakfast area with a panoramic view. Two air-conditioned and elegant master suites are separated by the great room, one at each end of the main house.

Decks outdoors lead to a cocktail pool surrounded by space for lounging, reading, or just giving in to the distraction of the sensational view. Cool off in the pool or walk down steps to a very private beach below, great for snorkeling or even finding your own lobster for dinner.

Beyond the pool is a delightful guest house, perfect for a third couple or your family’s older children. Just as comfortable as the main villa, the cottage features views to the east, has its own living room, kitchenette, deck, and balcony. Stairs lead up to a sunny loft bedroom, and there is even another small pool for secluded starlight dips.

Rainbow Cove has the best of both worlds—the privacy you want in a tropical vacation combined with easy access to entertainment and activities. The coastline vista will remind you that a full service resort is close at hand, with restaurants, bars, a large sandy beach, and a convenient Scuba center.

Across the road from the resort is the only casino on the Virgin Islands, just two minutes away. Try your hand at blackjack or give the roulette wheel a whirl, and enjoy entertainment at the show bar and lounge. Back home at your villa, step out to any of the decks for a final look at lights sparkling along the south shore-you’ll be glad you chose Rainbow Cove.
