Bluff House

Located ~400 yards away from Sandy Lane Beach, this luxury villa has been significantly enlarged during 2002 and totally refurbished throughout with elegant furnishings of the highest quality.

The house is set in an acre of mature tropical gardens. The pool and garden area has been substantially redesigned with extensive new colourful planting and at night time the gardens are beautifully lit. There is a gated intercom entrance to the sweeping driveway ensuring security and total privacy for guests.

The impressive hallway leads onto elegant living areas. There is a formal indoor dining area with a beautiful coral stone dining table which adjoins a tastefully decorated sitting room equipped with TV, satellite, video and stereo facilities. This room opens onto a covered verandah for more informal dining overlooking the spacious grounds.

A large stylish living area, newly built at the centre of the house amongst tropical planting, provides a wonderful entertaining area flowing directly onto the pool deck with views to the sea beyond. A built-in sound system provides music in all the living areas.

The accommodation consists of six double air-conditioned bedrooms, all with bathrooms ensuite and telephones in each. The rooms are all tastefully decorated and the magnificent master bedroom opens onto an expansive terrace with views through the palms to the sea. Further bedrooms open directly onto the tropical gardens.
