VILLA ADAGIO, completely rebuilt, is a unique three bedroom, three bath villa on the South Shore of St. John, offering the ultimate in luxury and privacy. Its hillside location affords spectacular views of Great Cruz Bay, Pillsbury Sound, and a distant view of St. Thomas across the sea.

The focal point of the interior is the striking indoor pool with sky lights and a range of night time lighting choices. Adjacent to the living and dining areas, the solar heated pool will invite you for a swim night or day. Outdoors, a sun deck provides plenty of room for catching the rays of the tropical sun or watching the stars at night.

Ideal for three couples or families, Villa Adagio has similar suites that offer complete privacy. Located on either side of the great room, one bedroom has a king size bed, the other a queen size. Both offer cable tv, a full bath and large closet area. The third bedroom is privately located on the lower level. Each opens onto a fully screened porch with its own seating area overlooking the sailboats in the bay below and the turquoise waters beyond.

The living area of the villa, awash in brilliant tropical colors, is complete with an enter-tainment center, dining area and guest bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen includes all cooking and dining amenities and opens onto an outdoor dining patio.
