Plum Beach, St. Martin

Located directly on Plum Bay Beach, this delightful villa offers tropical elegance and spectacular sunsets. The swaying palm trees and foliage around the pool deck and gazebo provide a beautiful setting for entertaining or just lounging. Relax in the large swimming pool (48' X 25').

Built in 1980, this distinctive residence was impeccably renovated in the early 1990s. Beamed cathedral ceilings, Terra Cotta tile floors, French doors, and lovely furnishings highlight the spacious, light-filled rooms. The living room has rattan furniture, a TV, VCR, stereo/tape/CD, and ceiling fan.

The two bedrooms feature king beds, private bathrooms with showers, air conditioning and ceiling fans. The well equipped kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, ice machine, blender, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and B.B.Q. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer, safe, electric gate, and satellite dish. The beach is just a few steps out the door. It is a seven minute drive to the grocery and six miles to Marigot.
