Catherineberg Estate, St. John

Le Chateau is an elegant three story, two bedroom and three bath Mediterranean style villa 850 feet atop Peter Peak with breath taking views overlooking the Sir Francis Drake Channel, the British Virgin Islands and Cinnamon Bay.

Located in Estate Catherineburg, deep inside the National Park, this two acre estate provides a sanctuary amidst ambrosial gardens and lush sub-tropical forests.

The stately wrought iron gates of Le Chateau open onto an expansive 1/2 acre lawn, complete with Christmas palms, fruit trees and a myriad of tropical blossoms. As you stroll across the lawn, a brick atrium with a fountain pool, colorful flowering plants and arches, arches, arches, beckon you to enter the private world beyond.

Rare tropical hardwoods and island stonework grace the interior of this luxurious villa. The main living floor has 28 foot ceilings and large arched windows which surround the living room, formal dining area and full kitchen. Outside on the front balcony, the panoramic views surround you as you lounge, dine, or relax in the hot tub. The villa's pool lies nestled in the tropical gardens outside the verandah off the living room Upstairs and on the level below, Le Chateau offers two very private bedroom suites, each with its own bath, sitting area and balcony.

The main floor plus the upstairs and downstairs suites and balconies all add up to 5600 square feet of privacy and comfort. Le Chateau is where your Caribbean fantasy can come true.
