Chocolate Hole, St. John

Solaris is a picturesque red-roofed white stucco luxury villa with four bedrooms and five baths, is located high above Chocolate Hole, just two miles from Cruz Bay. This ideal location not only provides stunning views of five pristine bays along St. John's South Shore, but also captures the breezy trade winds that keep the house cool and comfortable.

Nestled amongst lush flowering gardens, Solaris is built around an enormous central tiled courtyard with a great room to the south and three additional buildings to the east, west and north. Perfect for a large group, this Mediterranean style villa sleeps eight to ten in four bedroom suites - the master suite offering a pull out couch in its own separate living room. Each bedroom has its own bath, private deck and large sliders to capture the view and the breeze.

The main living area has an architect-designed kitchen with handmade mahogany cabinets, cinnabar tile counter tops and custom lighting. Amenities include a, microwave, dishwasher and disposal. The dining and living area is decorated in elegant rattan with bright island prints. The adjoining deck is the perfect place to enjoy the view of endless sparkling waters.

The lower level at Solaris offers a 60-foot pool with a unique waterfall edge. Complete with pool floats and ample deck furnishing, this lower deck also offers a covered gazebo. All these comforts, plus the spectacular view may make this your favorite spot in this wonderful villa.
