The layout of this charming villa provides maximum privacy for each of the three bedrooms, and outstanding views from all parts of the house. From its hillside perch, you have spectacular views of Simpson Bay, Marigot and the ocean. Book early as this villa is a perennial favorite.

Just being competely refurnished with high quality of furnutire from Tommy Bahama, the layout of this charming villa provides maximum privacy for each of the three bedrooms, and outstanding views from all parts of the house. There is a TV, DVD, VCR, Stereo Tape/CD, Ceiling Fan and Screens for your enjoyment. The living room overlooks the terrace with it's (40'x18') Swimming Pool and built-in Jacuzzi.

Brand New Tommy Bahama Furniture in teh bedrooms as well. Two of the bedrooms feature king size beds. The third bedroom has twin beds. All have private bathrooms with showers, air-conditioning, ceiling fans and screens.

The kitchen equipment includes a Stove, Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Freezer, Ice Machine, Blender, Dishwasher, Toaster, Coffee Maker, and B.B.Q.
