Rockworks

Dorothea, Northwest Side, St. Thomas

This spacious and private fully air-conditioned home on St. Thomas's cool, less-traveled north side offers romantic seclusion within a lush garden setting; lush green gardens with exotic grass, tropical plantings, and banana and fruit trees surround the refreshing pool.

Rockworks is situated next to and just above Stone Cottage within the electronically-gated estate, but privacy between them is complete. The air-conditioned main villa pavilion houses the large living area which shares space with the kitchen and dining areas and a king bedroom suite. The second air-conditioned bedroom/bath pavilion is just a few steps across the sunny deck in its own pavilion for maximum privacy.

You may rent Rockworks and Stone Cottage next door for two or six of you - but rest assured that your privacy, inside this villa or outside at the pool, is complete.

Satellite TV (a 37-inch flat-screen TV in living room + a 27-inch TV in each bedroom; but only 2 receivers for the 3 TVs), 3 DVD players, surround sound, CD player in main house with outdoor speakers, iPod dock/radio/clock in 2nd pavilion, books, games, movie collection, full A/C in both pavilions, limited Wi-Fi, answering machine; hair dryers, safe for valuables, binoculars, gas grill, waterfall into pool; 4 beach chairs + coolers, 12-volt emergency lighting in main pavilion, electronic gate into estate, trash collection twice per week, dishwasher, laundry. Second pavilion also has a mini-fridge, coffeemaker, iPod dock/radio/clock + small stereo. Complimentary snack basket on arrival.


Rental Notes:

1-2 persons have the use of the main pavilion ONLY.
For a 5th person on sofabed in BR in 2nd pavilion, add $40 per night.
