Satori II

Mahoe Beach, Virgin Gorda

Situated just below Satori, this delightful and well-designed two bedroom guest house with its own swimming pool is one of Virgin Gorda's most charming villa offerings. Steps up through gardens of colorful bougainvillea take you to the sunny pool deck and the separate master bedroom pavilion alongside. Another few steps lead to the main house. The living room, done in a nautical motif accented by cool and restful ocean-blue tones, also accommodates dining and kitchen areas, and Satori II's second king suite with twin day beds is a few steps above the living area. A shady covered verandah runs the entire length of the living area for al fresco dining, and each bedroom has its own private patio.

An oval pool, set into the tiled sun deck, is edged by a shaded area with chaises for snoozing or reading, and adorned with a hand-painted mural for even more color - the perfect upscale beach house. A small bridge and a stone garden path provides easy access to Satori, just 150 feet away, should you wish to rent both villas together for a larger group.

Satellite TV, DVD player, VCR, CD/tape player, radio, books, games, gas grill, A/C in both bedrooms, hair dryers available from office upon request, safes for valuables, beach chairs, dishwasher, use of Mahoe's Astroturf tennis court, and an automatic generator on the Mahoe Bay property in case of power outages.
