This grand, just completed villa overlooks mesmerizing North Sound and the islets and cays beyond, and is the ultimate for vacationers - five equal sized king bedroom/bath suites on two levels joined by a spiral staircase, each suite offering air conditioning, telephone, and cable TV. An upper and one lower suite each offer trundle beds for up to four more guests. The very spacious Great Room, with a cool, high cathedral ceiling, gourmet kitchen with its center island, the spacious, comfortable living and dining areas, and the three main level bedroom suites open out to the sunny, spacious pool and sun deck, complete with wet bar with an extra full-size refrigerator. Cool and breezy covered verandahs wrap around three sides of Coconut Grove, and the movie and music collections provided will add to your holiday pleasures. Coconut Grove is furnished with a stylish blend of wicker and antiques accented with Caribbean colors of cool greens and sandy beiges, providing a relaxing ambience.

A spiral staircase leads down to the lower level to two more air conditioned king suites. Stairs lead from the lower level down to the nearby beach and excellent snorkeling. Just a short walk down to Leverick Bay's shops, restaurant and marina, this beautifully designed villa combines convenience with serene ocean views - the perfect location. Enjoy sunrise views, cooling trade winds and a spectacular view of the Caribbean sea from this paradise villa. Caretaker is in apartment below this villa, but your privacy and quiet enjoyment are completely assured at Coconut Grove.
