Gift Hill, St. John

Plumeria is a luxuriously appointed private home high atop Gift Hill. It features two bedroom/bath suites plus a twin bed loft. Only ten minutes from Cruz Bay, Plumeria's location offers a sensational view and cooling Gift Hill breezes, while its unique design ensures the ultimate in privacy for your island vacation.

Step inside the high white outer walls and you'll be greeted by a profusion of flowers from the plumeria, hibiscus, and oleander that line the inner courtyard. Tropical fruit trees abound, providing mangos, papayas, limes and bananas in season. The outer wall and two L shaped buildings surround three sides of the courtyard, enclosing the refreshing swimming pool, an outdoor dining area and a long sun deck, effectively providing a secluded get-away-from-it-all retreat.

To one side of the courtyard is the great room with cathedral ceiling and large arched windows, indoor dining area, entertainment center, complete bath and a large newly designed, fully equipped gourmet kitchen. A spiral stairway leads to the loft above that can sleep two in either twin or king accommodations. On the opposite side of the courtyard, another building houses the two spacious, air conditioned bedroom suites. Each room in the house is lovingly decorated and comfortably furnished for all your indoor activities.

But outdoor living will beckon. By day, the sweeping panoramic view across the turquoise waters of Pillsbury Sound sparkle beneath you. At night, the lights of St. Thomas twinkle in the distance for magical and romantic evenings.
