About Island Magic, Virgin Gorda
Island Magic is one of Virgin Gorda's newest, four bedroom, luxury villas, just a minute's walk to heavenly white-sand Mahoe Beach below. A staircase leads you from the parking area down to the main entry and into the Great Room - pleasingly furnished with tropical wicker - which also encompasses the open kitchen and dining area; a large tiled, covered verandah with a native stone serving bar opens out from the Great Room and overlooks the beach and blue seas to the west - you can look for the famous green flash at sunset, and enjoy an evening cocktail in comfort from this vantage point.
Just alongside the verandah is the infinity pool set with chaise lounges for sunning, and a wonderful shady, covered gazebo furnished with a hammock, wet bar, gas grill, and comfortable chairs and a sofa for relaxation.
Two air-conditioned bedroom/bath suites, each with its own private roofed gallery, are situated on the far side of the Great Room, one on the same level, and the other just above it, accessed via an exterior staircase.
Across the pool deck and cabana area is the second pavilion with the other two air-conditioned bedroom/bath suites with private galleries on two levels. This first-class villa features colorful and tasteful bamboo and wicker furnishings and fabrics, an excellent floorplan for privacy and for catching the island's cooling tradewinds, and memorable ocean views from every room - a wonderful place to while away your idyllic vacation time.
