Air-conditioning throughout entire villa; very well-equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, espresso machine, coffeemaker, hot water dispenser, bread maker, toaster oven, blender, hand mixer, stainless steel refrigerator with an in-door ice and cold-water dispenser - and even an apron! Wi-Fi throughout property, 4-in-one printer/copier/scanner/fax; safe for valuables; hair dryer and complimentary Natura bathroom toiletries; binoculars; stainless steel gas grill, automatic outdoor citronella-and-water organic misting system to keep bugs away; cooler for beach; 3 ocean kayaks (2 single + 1 double kayak for 2, shared between Sundowner and Sunset Watch guests) and assorted snorkel gear. Kayaks and snorkel gear will be checked out to Sundowner guests by the island manager; automatic generator; dishwasher, washer + dryer. Shaded beachside flagstone patio with chairs, + picnic table on beach. For the evening, stone paths and stairs are automatically lighted as you pass by the sensors...magic!

• Nail Bay Beach is directly below Sundowner, down a few stone steps (lighted at night)!All guests renting Sundowner may use the Nail Bay beaches, the tennis court (open 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily), and the community swimming pool at no additional charge, and may also patronize the bar and restaurant in Nail Bay. Snorkel gear may be rented from Dive BVI in Spanish Town.
